There is no denying, Katy Perry is one gorgeous gal, but her recent shoot with photographer Rankin takes her to a whole new level! Her makeup and hair was done beautifully by Louise Moon and Gregory Arlt. I love the fact that the makeup and hair in this shoot still has Katy’s retro flare, but is a bit edgy! Love it!
