     So funny you ask this, because someone on my formspring, just asked me the same thing! Here’s what I posted!

     You can start by using a foundation to cover up your lips. Then with a lip liner, draw inside your lips the desire shape and size of the lips you want. Stay away from putting a lighter gloss in the middle, that will immediately make them look bigger. If they are still a bit too big, use a concealer around your mouth to make it look smaller.
