Cellulite is NOT pretty! Earlier, I did a post on the causes of cellulite, as understanding the cause will helps us prevent more cellulite from forming. Now, it’s important to understand just how we can rid ourselves of any existing dimples to get legs that are to-die-for!

Ways to banish cellulite:

  • Drink Up! Up your intake of water, as it will help flush toxins out of your body (I recommend drinking Cocount Water as well since it is great for ridding your body of any bad toxins
  • Get up, and Move! Try to incorporate more workouts into your daily routine, as this will help increase circulation
  • Eat Right! There are certain foods in nature that help improve the appearance of cellulite with their strong antioxidants, there are bananas, avocados, asparagus, salmon, oats, berries, nuts, broccoli, onions, citrus fruits, and green and peppermint tea
  • Get Pampered! Weekly visits to the spa help keep stress levels and getting a massage is a great way to improve circulation and reduce cellulite
