Dark circles seem to be one of the biggest concerns I get questions about! Sometimes they are genetic, while other times they come from lifestyle choices, not enough sleep, etc. But how do we fake a good nights sleep and healthy appearance to keep our dark circles as invincible as possible? Here are some great tips from on how celebrities stay gorgeously fresh and dark-circle-free despite their hectic schedules!

Tips to Banish Dark Circles:

  • Increase your intake of water, as that will help flush any toxins that may increase the appearance of dark circles
  • Avoid sugar products as this may give the appearance of a tired look
  • Try elevating your head when you sleep, this is a big celebrity secret
  • In the morning, put your eye cream in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before applying, this will help de-puff the area
  • Right when you makeup up, try touching your toes for a few minutes. This will help increase circulation and lessen the appearance of dark circles
