I almost forgot about this completely, but my birthday is just around the corner! On October 2, I am going to be 27 and to be honest, I am excited! However, as much as I feel aging is a beautiful part of life, I don’t want to look aged! I want to look healthy and have that glow that some women have at 50 and even 60 where they just look beautifully well rested and timeless! It’s no secret, you eat well, get plenty of exercise and take good care of your skin and you will preserve the life of your skin! I have said this before, eating the right foods, has literally changed my skin and it’s elasticity, tremendously! But, WHAT DO WE EAT?! Here is a great beauty snack for a mid-meal snack that is packed with protein, super spices, and vitamins, things that all aid in a healthy, more beautiful you!
TIMELESS BEAUTY SNACK:
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 apply sliced
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and cinnamon. Add apples in as desired and enjoy with a big glass of water! Bon Appetit!

Love this recipe Huda!! I was wondering what if i could substitute the cottage cheese for something else because I’m allergic to chesses.
