As much as I love my expensive hair masks, I know they are not always necessary–especially when I can get similar results at home! A couple of weeks ago I tried a super deep moisturizing protein mask and it awesome, but it also cost me around $65 for the super small jar. Sooo, I decided to try a recipe my mom has been swearing by since I was young, which is yolk + avocado for hair strength. All you do is take a couple of egg yolks and mix them well with a mashed avocado. I added a tablespoon of castor oil and my hair seriously felt so strong after I rinsed it! It also felt really soft and moisturized! If you’re hair is feeling brittle this hair mask is a MUST!!!

I also highly recommend Pantene’s Clinic Care shampoo and conditioning set! It has done wonders to my hair and it just won the Viva Beauty Awards in Dubai for 2011! If you can get your hands on this, you must buy it!!

    Thank you so much Huda for all the hair tips, I’ve heard that castor oil with almond oil is great for the hair and actually helps it to grow… I’m finding a hard time searching for the castor oil. I will be trying the hair mask though thanks a lott!
