DAILY DOSE | NATURAL TIPS
By Huda Heidi Kattan

If you haven’t tried natural remedies, then you are missing out! BIG TIME! I cannot express how effective they are, sometimes MUCH more than expensive cremes, masks, scrubs, etc. One of my FAVORITE beauty ingredients in Baking Soda! It seriously does wonders for your skin, hair, body, nails, feet, teeth–literally everything! Here are my favorite ways to use this beauty miracle worker!

1. Face Scrub: One of my favorite ways to use Baking Soda is to add just a small amount to your face wash, until it is slightly pasty. Then use this to gently wash your face in a circular motion. This is one of my favorite ways for removing dead skin!

2. Super White Teeth: There are many ways to brighten your smile with Baking Soda! You can simply add a pinch to your tooth paste or mix a teaspoon with a tablespoon of strawberries and rub them on your teeth to remove stains! I always use Baking Soda to keep my teeth bright and healthy!

3. Healthy Nails: I love mixing Baking Soda with Lemon Juice and Water to make a nail scrub to help remove stains on nails! I simply add equal parts of each ingredient and scrub my nails in between manicures to keep them healthy!

4. Body Scrub: One of the easiest ways to use Baking Soda is to mix it with water and use it on elbows, knees, and any other body part to seriously remove dead skin! Just mix enough to get a pasty consistency and work into skin in a circular motion for5-10 minutes. Your skin will be SOOOO soft!!!

5. Foot Softner: It’s so easy just to add 1/2 a cup of Baking Soda to a pot of very warm water (1 gallon). Let your feet sit for 15 minutes before scrubbing with a pumice stone for super soft feet! This will really help remove all the dead skin on your feet!

6.  Shiny Locks: I looove using Baking Soda in my hair to keep build up from flattening my hair! I simply add a 1/2 a teaspoon to my shampoo and wash my hair as usual! This will give you serious shine and body!!
