I’ve never been a huge sleeper! I’m one of those people who sleep 5 hours a night and are good to go, but ever since I became a mom, I feel like I’m a zombie! I honestly could sleep 10 hours straight, eat, then sleep again! Of course that is simply just not an option and being an advocate of beauty, it’s my job to at least look like I know what I’m doing! This eye mask has helped me de-puff fast and it just feels amazing! It takes about 2 minutes to make and it seriously helps awaken your eyes!
This mask is soooo awesome for many reasons! The cucumber help cool the eye area and de-puff, while the potatoes help brighten the area and banish dark circles. The avocado creates a layer of moisture on the area and keeps your skin hydrated! A MUST TRY!!
SUPER COOL DE-PUFF EYE MASK
1 Small Cucumber
1/2 a Small Potato
1 Teaspoon Mashed Avocado
In a food processor, puree the potato then add cucumber and puree together. Next remove a tablespoon of mixture and add the avocado. Place on your eyes and let sit for 15 minutes. For added umph, move the excess mixture to the fridge and let sit overnight before applying again! You can use this recipe daily or as needed!
