I am OBSESSED with cinnamon!! Ok, since I have been in the states, I literally have wiped every store clean of their beauty inventory! I love finding those secret beauty brands no one has heard of that work incredibly well! One of the face scrubs I recently purchased was packed full of cinnamon! It smelt soooo good and was amazing on my skin! The price tag, however, not so amazing! It cost around $100 for a small container! So I started doing some research and found that cinnamon is amazing at reducing acne and also promoting circulation, which helps increase collagen (which means less scaring & wrinkles). This cinnamon mask, I’ve only tried a few times, but I love the way it leaves my skin + it’s awesome for reducing acne!!

All you need to do is mix equal parts Cinamon & Honey and place mixture (blended well) on your face for 15 minutes. Wash, tone and moisturize and repeat mask 2-3 times per week!

can you pleease suggest what to use to remove facial hair? something that’s long-lasting, not much pain, doesn’t make it grow thicker, doesn’t destroy the skin, etc. PLEASE

  7. It seems as if cinnamon is good for a lot of things. Since you’re into trying products you’ve never heard of, feel free to go to my website and check out my mostly natural and organic skincare products that nourish, protect and heal. They are full of vitamins, flower extracts, anit-oxidants and I only use pure essential oils.

    Thanks for the interesting read.

  8. I just put it on my face … I’ve been suffering from the acne since i was teenager, and since i don’t believe in chemical treatment, i’ve almost tried everything in the kitchen, including honey that didn’t seem to make any different, however, i hope the cinnamon will help this time!

    thank u xxx

lemme know how it works! i’m also suffering acne and scaring since 3 years ago :( and it annoyed me LOL.

      thanks doll! xx

  9. Thanks for the great tips, who would have ever thought that cinnamon could be so beneficial to the human body. Now that I think of it, it probably explains why my skin has become more fuller and clearer lately. The reason being that I have organic oatmeal every morning but I needed some kind of kick to go with it. My mother suggested trying it with some cinnamon extracts in it. I went ahead and put it in the following day and I’m never eating oatmeal without it again. Great post, I’m looking forward to more :) )

I have tried almost every product on the market for my acne-prone skin. The ONLY PRODUCT that made me notice a significant reduction of acne was the Shielo Complexion Scrub.

This scrub did leave my face feeling less oily and cleaner.

I use it approximately 2-3 times per week after cleansing and it has yet to dry my face out. It’s not perfect, but I think it works about as well as some of the prescription treatments that i’ve used.

If you have severe acne, I highly recommend it. I bought online at Shielo’s website, which also has free shipping.
