Hi my loves!! Sooooo I have been wanting to color my hair for AGES!!! I actually just got this color from Wella and I think it’s insanely hot!! I know it’s firey red, and I’m not sure if I can pull it off, BUT I am thinking about coloring it! I don’t mind a change! I need your help! Should I keep my hair the way it is, or should I dye it red?! Ok, just in case I chicken out, I might be tempted to do red streaks (just an fyi).
Has anyone tried the Wella Koleston dye? I have a few friends who have used it and said that the fact that it is a dye makes it super easy to use at home! I love the fact that it is a foam, so I don’t need to worry about it dripping everywhere, which is always my problem!

I say yes too! It will suit your skin tone and its nice to change your hair color every once in a while…and you haven’t changed yours in ages so go ahead!
Can’t wait to see how it looks! Streaks is also a good idea if you want to take it step by step and if you are worried about how it might look!
I think you should leave it….is red still in? Maybe you should do something like light brown

i love the red shades, i almodt tried them all..
But just a little advice if your hair color is natural go for it and do it at home, if not you have to go to your haidresser.. you don’t want to end up with red roots and black ends

its always to change i was dark and went light on new year .. the change was good and dont go for streaks ..whole thing HOT .. i tried the dye of weel tried it in ash blonde and loved it .. its amazing
It’s a change ! Change is good. It’s something different. U can always go back to ur dark brown hair later on.
The problem with red is that it may look amazing in the first week but after a wash the color fades away and ur hair will end up looking dry. Please don’t damage ur hair love xx
I agree! Beacause you have really dark hair you have to bleach it first so the colour will turn out as you see on the picture! This will kill your hairstructure and it takes you ages to repair that respectively you have to let it grow out. I recommand a warmer brown/redish shade into your brown hair like chestnut.

Hey Huda, i think you should try it.I mean whats wrong in experimenting.if it turns out good nothing like it but if u dont really like it u can always switch back to your original colour.Atleast u’ll know how u look in it.Or try streaks they look really amazing.All the best and have fun babes.:)

Id say go for it there is nothing wrong with trying something new… I recently changed my hair color, before hand everyone was like no dont di it your hair is so pretty the way it is. And I loved my hair but I wanted to do something different. Its not about what everyone else wants its about what you want. Do it or you may always wonder what if

hey hunnn…why would u wanna do that to your hairr..you have to go thru soooooo much processing for ur hair to actually turn o ut like that..believe mee, not worth it!!!! u would lose all of that beautiful natural glossy shine u have right now..and go straight to dullness.and OMGG after the first washh u’ll HATEEEE itt..so u’ll either have to colour it back to red again orrrr..go back to the dark colour..I LOVE YOUR HAIRR RIGHT NOWW!!! maybe u could do something a bit softer, it looks dark but has beautiful red/violet undertones.so when you stand right under the light or outside in the sun..it looks sooooooooo gorgeouss!!!!!! its called “dark red violet”..check it outt!!! i can see it on u..

He huda! loll honestly I don’t think you should go with the rihanna color I think it’d be weird, if you want you should try a wig on first before you do dye it. I do think you should change your hair color up… Since dark looks great on you and you want to try a red maybe you could do a burgundy i’m sure it would look great

I would say do a couple of streaks…doing your whole head is a huge commitment and if you don’t like it you are more or less stuck with it. If you stick with streaks, then it would be a cool accent if you like it and no big deal if you don’t.

I think that you should go ahead and color your hair, just not this fire red like on the box. I have black hair as well and so i will most of the time color my hair Auburn. It looks better with the olive skin. Also i you do like all Aubrun but have a little black still it looks so hot.
Huda once you go red, you can never ever ever unless u shave ur hair off get a normal color again. Red is evil
I had red hair then dyed it black over and over and over again for many years but the red doesnt wanna go away. i always end up with a red undertone or it shows in the sun so i decide to grow my natural hair back and not dye it till it reaches my shoulders. I think you can really pull off an Ombre hair dye.

I’d say yes if ur willing to go through a dramatic change process. Ur gonna have to switch up ur makeup, maybe, if you don’t like it you would have to dye it again, so that will damage ur hair. You’re beautiful either way but my honest opinion I would say no, please don’t. You look beautiful, classy, and stunning with ur natural hair color. Now that I think about it, please don’t do it you’ll regret. Trust me……
I like your dark hair, it suits you a lot. That red is too much, plus as some of the girls said above, you will hate it after few washes! This color fades away too quickly and your hair will turn orange on the second week or so….
If you’re bored with your current hair color/style try to do some highlights first to see how it looks and change your hair cut a bit.
I personally think our hair style & color should reflect our personality and our overall style, like If your clothes style is bit classis you cannot go for a crazy hair cut and color. You’ll just look odd..
no no noooo !! i’m sorry but whenever i see a girl with red color hair i think it’s trashy (i just do!) the only person who pulled it off in my opinion is Rihanna but again she’s always edgy and i dont think that she minds looking trashy lol

I think if you want to die your hair you should start of with a less intense color like chocolate brown. Going firey red or for example bleach blonde is a very big step to take.
I think you will look gorgeous with chocolate brown hair – firey red is for extremely white girls and you have a really nice tan.

No!! It will look trashy and the dark roots will look bad. Your hair is classy and beautiful – thats your look – rich and sophisticated. Plus you will need a lot of bleach to strip your hair first for the red to show which will make it look dry and frizzier…
NO! You’ll probably have to bleach your hair out to lift that black to get that true red color you want. I bet you anything it’s not going to be that color in just one sitting. So you’re going to damage that beautiful hair of yours. Not to mention your eyebrows are BLACK and thick, so that’s going to look aweful. You’re beautiful, don’t do it!

Yes and no. I say YES to the hair colour – I think red would look FIERCE on you and really update your look (as in take you from classy to feisty!) however, I really don’t like the harsh chemicals involved in the process. You have such long, healthy, shiny, luscious hair and I hate to think about what those harsh chemicals would do to it…
But in the end, it’s your call. I am all for the hair colour but I just wish there was a healthier way to go about it…

Go for a less fiery red like a burgundy-ish red. You would look amazinggggg
