Anybody have those situations, where your feet aren’t as soft as they should be?! It happens to everyone! But of course soft feet isn’t rocket science! It takes just a few steps to have super soft skin head-to-toe! I don’t always have hours to spend pampering myself, but this is a super easy way to relax, unwind, and get toes so soft, you will love they way they feel! You can also use this on your hands if you like!
SUPER EASY SOFT FEET SOAK!
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond oil
1/2 cup sea salt
lavender oil
In a large bowl, add warm water and mix in salt. Then add almond oil and a few drops lavender oil. Let feet sit in mixture for 10 minutes before removing and add favorite foot lotion!

Hi. I was wondering if there was a difference between almond oil and almond oil extract?
Hi! You should stick to regular almond oil. I can’t exactly remember the difference. But almond oil extract is generally used for baking. You wouldn’t want to use that on your face or body. It may make you break out or feel extra sticky.

Make sure you use sweet almond oil! Almond extract is typically more liquid and strictly for cooking! Regular almond oil is for cooking as well, so stick to sweet almond oil, which is great to for skin!
Ahhh totally forgot to mention that! Definitely Sweet Almond Oil
. I used an all natural, cold-pressed version that I get from Whole Foods or Vitamin Shoppe. However, any health store should be good. That is if you are looking for an all natural kind!
