It’s literally insane how many questions I get about hair health from women and men! I’ll be the first to tell you, it’s soooo important to maintain a healthy diet for super gorgeously thick hair! I have noticed such a change in my hair from adjustments in my diet, it’s INSANE!

Surprisingly one of the things I’ve been eating a lot of, which I noticed thickened my hair was beans! Kidney beans and lentils, which are what I’ve been eating a lot of, have crazy amounts of protein, biotin, iron and zinc, which are all fundamental ingredients for healthy, gorgeous hair growth! These ingredients are so powerful together, that it makes it one of the best foods in the world for hair growth! Pretty amazing! Next time you have a salad add some kidney beans or lentils for a great source of protein that will help your hair grow too! 🙂
