I’m seriously starting to think this woman is not even human anymore! Didn’t she just give birth a few months ago?! Well, the fabulous B is back and working it and she looks GORGEOUS doing it!
It’s pretty crazy, but Beyonce actually lost 50 pounds since she gave birth! That’s a lot of weight to lose in such a short time! Personally, after giving birth I can tell you, losing it is soooo much harder than ever before! Your body is just soft! Beyonce is definitely an inspiration!! Here is an interview about her post baby body and how she got back into killer shape!
My body is definitely softer, but I feel my body bouncing back. Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I’m seeing it come back. You just have to work at it
Beyonce’s workout includes 90 minute workout sessions 3 times a week and her diet is seriously strict! If I can look like that, I will DEF give it a try!
Breakfast – egg whites
Lunch – protein shake or fresh sliced turkey with capers
Snack – edamame or cucumbers with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon, berries or a green apple
Dinner – yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi
