I can’t EVEN begin to count how many articles I come across on the benefits of Cayenne Pepper on beauty! Of course I read them, but I didn’t really take any notice until I saw something from Beyonce on how she requests her chicken cooked backstage at concerts. She likes “garlic, season salt, pepper, and Cayenne Pepper HEAVILY SEASONED”, and it’s no wonder why–Cayenne Pepper is one of the biggest beauty spices out there, why?
One of the best qualities of Cayenne Pepper is it’s insanely powerful ability to stimulate blood flow, which means beautiful more radiant skin, prevention of wrinkles, less hair loss, improved hair growth, the list goes on! But something most people seem to overlook is it’s ability to increase the lymphatic rhythm, which means CRAZY DETOX and less cellulite! The other benefits include cancer prevention, digestive aid, and anti-inflammatory properties.
One of the best ways to add Cayenne Pepper to your diet is to drink Cayenne Tea! Simply add some lemon and honey to some Cayenne Tea and it is a GREAT detox and perfect to start the day with!

Aahhh too bad i cant tolerate spicy food!
Wow I never knew this, thanks!!
Would you just use some Cayenne pepper with some hot water for this tea?
Ooo I love the sound of this!! Will be making it! Thanks! Xxx
i used to drink a cayenne pepper limonade..for detox and 10 days diet..you lose like 15 pounds in 1 week.. all u have to do is drink the limonade for 10 days..just the cayenne limonade..u have to make it this way: 10 limes for a galon of water, 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper and 6 tablespoons of maple honey grade A.
So will this help assist the coffee remedy or are the effects internal only? Thanks for the heads up! I will be doing a juice cleanse here soon (once I can find an affordable juicer with great results) and will definitely be adding some spice to my juices!
do you make the cayenne tea or can you buy it
I haven’t made it personally, I think you have to buy it! But I’m sure there are recipes for it online:)
