Every once in a lifetime, a brand creates a fragrance that no matter where you smell it, how long you smell it for, or who is wearing it, you immediately know what it is. Angel is probably one of the MOST well known in the world, it’s fruity-vanilla blend is so sweet and sensual that it’s hard NOT to fall in love with it! Weeelll, Thierry Mugler has created a new version that has all vanilla, but is a bit more citrus and spicy–Angel Aqua Chic!
The original Angel has mixtures of coconut, dark chocolate, melon, jasmine and caramel, but that seems to absent from Aqua Chic, instead you see ingredients like Pink Pepper, but is still smells incredibly similar to the original because they both have such high doses of patchouli and vanilla. Once you’ve sprayed it you really start to smell the citrus notes in the new fragrance which make it quite light in comparison to the original! Honestly, I love them both, but the new Angel Aqua Chic is a great revival of the incredibly beautiful fragrance we all love!
Top Notes: Amalfi Lemon
Mid Notes: Pink Pepper, Cornflower
Base Notes: Vanilla, Patchouli
