To say that I am obsessed with beauty secrets of the far east is an understatement! I’m constantly trying new products out of Asia and also some parts of Europe and I’m always really blown away with their approach to beauty! From nose straighteners (which really do work) to exotic oils, I’ve had my fair share with Asian beauty! Ok, now here’s the deal, this is something I will NOT be trying! One of the latest beauty trends to come out of Japan is actually a doughnut shaped head injection, if it sounds a little strange, it might be because it’s definitely different! Although I think Japanese women have an incredible beauty to them, I personally don’t find this trend attractive at all, but it is something growing in the Japanese market with men and women who want to be different. I think it’s more artistic than anything else, but it’s very distracting!

People who want to experiment with this trend actually get injected with 300-400 CC’s of silicon into their forehead, then a finger is pressed into the blob to create a doughnut. Thankfully, it’s not permanent and only last around 16-24 hours! What do you guys think? Cray Cray?
