NATURAL BEAUTY | SKIN

By Huda Heidi Kattan

I don’t know why, but I hate the taste of fish! I wish I loved it, but just walking down (or even near) the seafood isle at a grocery store will make my stomach turn! It seems to be one of the biggest areas of beauty of (course since I hate it)–sea salt for your skin, seaweed for your health, salmon for the shiniest hair ever, and cod live oil for the CLEAREST skin ever!

It seems every article I read reports Cod Liver Oil as the ULTIMATE Beauty secret, EVER! I personally haven’t tried it yet, but after reading the benefits I might just have to give in! Cod Liver Oil is one of the world’s most amazing natural ingredients that nourishes skin, gives you a healthy glow, banishes acne (believe it or not) and helps creates even toned skin! It’s actually pretty crazy, but Cod Liver Oil seems to be one of the most potent ways to help banish breakouts and scars! It’s honestly the clear-gorgeous-even-skin miracle!

Ok, so I might not jump on the seafood wagon, and luckily I don’t need to! Taking Cod Liver Oil is super easy! You can do it in pill form or take lemon flavored oil spoonfuls!

Why Cod Liver ROCKS:

  • It helps control breakouts (especially ones caused from hormones)
  • Boost Vitamin D Levels in Skin
  • Helps Clear Scars & Evens Tone
  • Makes Skin Glow
  • Helps keep skin nourished and prevents wrinkles

Buy Cod Liver Oil from Organic Foods Cafe Dubai Mall or online

I’ve been taking cod liver oil for quite some time now (maybe 8 months) but I haven’t really noticed any positive changes in my skin. I still have marks and blemishes :S

it largely depends on the other things you eat, your exercise routine, etc etc your sleep routine matters, even ur hormones might largely affect ur skin condition )) but cod liver oil is still amazing not only for ur skin but for ur overall organism =]

  3. OMG i feel the exact same way about seafood! People think I am nuts, it makes my stomach churn! Since a few months ago I have been having awful breakouts and the hyperpigmented scars make me soooo self conscious I have to cake on foundation! You can actually get cod liver oil with a taste of oranges/lemons, and it’s actually pretty good and you don’t have to smell and taste this yucky fishy thing :)
