I don’t care where you’re from, when it comes to hair, there is ONE rule: The Bigger, the Better! And whether you show your hair or cover it up, even if it’s just for you, it’s important to have healthy, thick, gorgeous hair! What’s shocking is that as much as EVERYONE and their mother wants thick hair, no one seems to do the easiest thing to get it–eat really yummy food!

I know I hide it well, but I do NOT have good hair! Literally, every hair dresser I go to freaks out when they realize the hair monster just sat in their chair! For some reason my hair will turn bright orange-neon-red or just soak up all the color and turn black (even when I’m trying to do a light brown). And of course, there’s the shedding! My hair falls out so badly that I kid you not, I could create my own extensions if I wanted to! So take it from me, you don’t need to have thick hair genetically, it’s all about what you do and eat!

Ok, now to the good stuff! What do we need to eat for gorgeous hair? Well, I have been eating crazy amounts of pumpkin seeds for a while now, and I’ve def noticed less hair fall, but also just stronger, shinier hair. After researching Pumpkin Seeds, I wasn’t surprised at all that it’s one of the best things you can eat for your hair! Not only does it have tons of vitamins and minerals, but it also has such a strong mixture of beauty vitamins! Vitamin A and K are incredibly important for a healthy scalp and create shiny hair, while Vitamin B (specifically Biotin, which are rich in Pumpkin Seeds) is the main Vitamin responsible for hair growth! As if that wasn’t enough, it also has Omega 3 & 6, which means SUPER healthy, shiny hair!

Pumpkin seeds are one the world’s beauty wonders! It’s amazing for hair, skin, and also killing belly fat! And unlike so many beauty foods, it actually taste good!

Hi! I shaved my head about 3 months ago to thicken it and also to start off fresh. I used to have pretty long hair so when it all went away everyone was super surprised. I’m definitely going to start eating pumpkin seeds. Do you know of other foods or ways to get healthy hair?

    Huda,
Thanks for the advice on pumpkin seeds I will try that for sure…
I was loosing hair like crazy.. I mean every where i went there would be a strain of my hair on the ground. It was getting really bad. But then i was talking to my cousin and she said she was going through the same thing and she tried putting plain yogurt on her hair and leaving it on for the amount of time it would take to wash her body and by then she was ready to wash her hair. So maybe for 10 minutes. After words she rinsed it off with warm water and a little shampoo to get ride of the yogurt smell and she did that like twice and no more fall out at all. So i gave it a try and OMG Huda I have not seen a hair on the ground at all.
