Want to boost your metabolism and get a teeny tiny waist? Drink the below concoction 2x daily-first thing in the morning before breakfast & before bed.
Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well making sure that all the cinnamon dissolves. If it doesn’t, you might want to put the mixture in a teapot and place on the stove for a few minutes. Add a little honey to sweeten if needed.
How does this miracle spice shrink your waistline? Studies suggest that using 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon may have a stabilizing effect on blood sugar levels so it may prevent a postmeal insulin spike-this increase normally occurs after you eat and “signals the body that it should store fat rather than burn it.” (Self Magazine).
Remember that it takes more than just drinking this tea to lose weight; you still have to exercise and eat healthy!
