Anyone who knows me knows how obsessed I am with working out and staying fit & my absolute favorite body part is the ultimate GLUTEUS MAXIMUS! I have tried many different butt exercises and yes as many of you may already know that the squat is the best exercise out there for lifting a droopy butt but it is difficult to do and you can injury yourself if you don’t perform it correctly. For those of you who hate doing squats, I have found the next best thing 🙂 This video is AAAAMazingggg!!! These exercises are not only easy to do but they really do WORK!
