So as you guys know I’m currently building up my hair again after bleaching it a few months back. Thankfully I’ve managed to make my hair healthier again after implementing these additional steps in my haircare regime. These steps are relatively inexpensive..and they WORK! Tried & Tested by Yours Truly! So if you’ve already read the first tip, then take a look at the second one. I really hope these tips help you guys build up a strong, healthy mane!
Invest in a good hair supplement such as Biotin.
Almost everyone knows that Biotin is the best B-vitamin for hair and nail growth and the great thing is that it’s quite affordable. It is important in cell renewal, which is what makes it important for growing hair longer and healthier.
What I did:
o Instead of taking Biotin once a day, I space it out to twice a day. Breaking up your dosage is so so effective!!
o I take one pill in the morning and another one in the afternoon. However, you should always consult your doctor first when it comes to taking any kind of meds. It is important that you are careful with the amount of Biotin you take because it might lead to other health issues.
o I generally schedule my intake throughout the day by splitting up the dosage.The reason I break it up is because our body only absorbs a certain amount of vitamins and washes off all the excess. So it is better to scatter them in a day.
