If you love makeup as much as I do, chances are you have a beauty stash to rival Sephora. But, that doesn’t mean I don’t like to make the most out of my beauty products! I love finding creative ways to use makeup that will help me to achieve multiple looks with just a few items. These awesome multitasking beauty products are perfect for when you’re traveling or on-the-go, or just handy to know if you’re only just starting out your beauty bag:

Hairspray: It’s not just amazing for setting your hair in place! I also spray it directly onto a mascara wand and use it to tame flyaway hairs, or even on my eyebrows if I don’t have eyebrow gel to hand. And, although I’m not sure this is great for your skin (I’ve seen this on set SO many times!), but in a very tight spot, you can even use hairspray to set your makeup! You can even use it to make your freshly painted nails dry faster: just spray them with hairspray and dunk them in cold water.

Brown Eyeliner or Eyeshadow: Literally the king of multitasking! Use either brown eyeliner or eyeshadow to add definition to your brows, smudge it onto the outer corners of your eyelid for a smoky eye, or under your cheekbones and on either side of your nose to contour. Of course, they work great as a subtle natural eyeliner too.

Translucent Powder: Believe it or not, you can use this for so much more than just baking under your eyes and blotting away shine on your T-Zone. You can also use translucent powder as a makeshift dry shampoo, between coats of mascara to add more volume to your lashes, as an eyeshadow base to prevent creasing, and on top of a sheer or satin finish lipstick to get a matte effect.
