Okay everyone, I see all your comments about my hair being damaged and falling out! Well I'm going to revive it (again) and this time I'm going to take you guys through it on my SC! I've told you guys before I never had thick or healthy hair naturally, even if it seemed it was (I just had a TON of tips and really good products). So I want to let you guys know how I make it stop falling, breaking, and create a shiny strong mane 😉😉😉😉
Hey My Loves!! Sooo if you’ve been following my SC, then you know I’ve been going through hair rehab the past few months.Continue reading
Hey My Loves!! So I absolutely LOVE wearing wigs and think it’s such a fun way to change up your look. If it was up to me I would change my hair color every day! Like, a stunning blonde hair on Monday, gorgeous blue-green on Tuesday, and probably pink hair on Friday. That’s how much I love hair color and playing around with wigs!! I usually buy mine through EveryDayWigs, and I just find them really affordable and easy to wear throughout the day. I hope you guys enjoy watching this video, and let me know what you guys wanna see next! ILYSM Xx
Hey My Loves!! I have been getting A LOT of requests lately on How I Curl My Hair and so I decided to do a Tutorial on it! This look should last you between 1-2 days and is really easy once you get the hang of it! I hope you guys enjoy watching this Hair Tutorial and manage to do it yourself at home!
If you guys have been following me on Snap or Insta, you guys know how much I love to rock a messy bun! It’s literally been my go-to hairstyle lately – especially when I don’t have a lot of time to tame my locks, but still wanna look cute! To make it look more chic, flat iron some loose pieces and use root cover (or a matching eyeshadow) on any exposed areas of your scalp.
Real talk, who wouldn’t trust celeb stylist Jen Atkin with their hair? Exactly. So when our hair needs serious TLC post-color, we turned to her Ouai Hair Treatment Masques for some damage control. Here’s what we thought:
What it is: This pack comes with eight treatment doses (meant to be used twice a week), to restore and heal hair in a matter of minutes:
What it does: Uses ingredients like artichoke leaf extract and jojoba to nourish and repair strands. Just apply to hair, comb through with your fingers, wait 5 to 10 minutes, and then rinse out.
What we liked: Our ends were seriously parched from over-styling and color. This mask is bringing it back to life. After one use, we noticed much softer, bouncier ends without feeling the least bit weighed down. We also like to apply to our ends before a long gym session so we’re ready to go once we hit the shower. The light floral scent that makes the treatment feel extra luxurious.
What we didn’t like: The amount felt right for shorter hair, but we can imagine it takes more than one if you have super long and thick hair. Let us know if you tried it in the comments and what you thought too!
Price: $32 for 8 packets
Let’s be real…we don’t always have a lot of time to do our hair. That’s why I like to default to a messy bun, but I make it office-ready by flat ironing some loose pieces and using root cover on any exposed areas of my scalp, I can quickly make the style look full and chic. Not bad for 60 seconds right? Check it out below!
We sipped the Ouai juice, and we’re hooked. But did you expect anything less from Jen Atkin, the queen of Cool Girl hair? Just check out her clients like Chrissy Teigen and the Kardashians for reference. Atkin pretty much discovered how to bottle beach hair in her Ouai Wave Spray that has a light, white musk scent (or is it jasmine? Whatever it is, we likes). It gives our locks a little bit of body and a wave that can go from subtle to beach babe depending on how we use it. We’ve been stocking up since we got our hands on it.
What it is: A waving spray that can be used on wet or dry hair to create a beachy wave.
What it does: Uses rice protein to add hold for a natural wave look.
What we liked: If you’ve used wave sprays in the past, you know the deal. Either your hair gets super crunchy or weighed down. We love to use this on our wet hair and let it air dry for a subtle beachy look, and before a rough blow dry followed by an iron for more defined waves. Plus so much body! All that with no added salt in sight.
What we didn’t like: That air dry tip didn’t work for our fine hair tester as much as it did for our tester with thicker hair. And though we love the smell, it’s not for everyone if you’re not into the musky-type perfume scents.
Fun fact: Ouai is pronounce “way,” inspired by the cool Parisian way to say “oui” or “yes”
