How To Create The Ultimate Festive Lips
I love the holidays SO much! It’s such a fun time of year, and it’s always a great excuse to get glammed up and experiment with makeup in ways that you might not for the rest of the year. There’s also no better time of year to wear a red or gold lip, so this lip is just the epitome of glamorous, festive makeup to me. Whenever I have an occasion, I always exfoliate my lips first so that products apply smoothly and don’t cling to any dry patches. For this look, I used a berry red lipstick, and then I added a shimmering gold eyeshadow (Fling and 24K from our Rose Gold palette) on top to create a dimensional pout. Don’t forget to use lip liner to define the edges and keep it from smudging through all the eggnog!
