Hey my loves! You might have seen from some of my snaps that my daughter, Nour, is already a little infatuated by makeup (the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!). She joined me for a little fun GRWM! While I was putting on my own makeup, she was playing with some herself and, I have to say, she picked up some really interesting colors! I thought it was so funny that she was talking to herself the wholeeee time as if she was doing her own tutorial…clearly she’s been watching me film wayyyy too much! Don’t worry, we washed it off quickly and it was just of fun. I hope you guys enjoy! Leave me a comment if you want more GRWM videos like this!
Hey my loves!!! I’ve noticed a lot of requests for a nose contouring makeup tutorial so I decided to show you guys just how I do it! This video shows you my shading techniques to help make your nose appear slimmer and smaller. I did this video in Arabic for my amazing Arabic speaking followers, and included English subtitles just in case for my non-Arabic speakers :). I hope you guys find this video helpful!! Thank you so much for watching!

When a friend, sibling, or loved-one snaps you without the use of a filter or at a bad angle; a violation of trust. A major offense especially when not wearing any makeup.
Note: Proper Snapchat etiquette would specifically require the use of one of the pretty lenses (anything with flowers, stars, or a brightening, otherworldly glow are safe bets).
Hi everyone! I have a double-whammy trick to help my hair fall stop and make it look thicker: I use a mix of Kérastase Densifique Minoxidil solution (which helps to add density to hair) and a dark eyeshadow shade (here I used Too Faced’s Natural Matte Palette) to cover up any exposed scalp areas. You can see a difference in just minutes with this beauty hack! See it below:
Let me know if you try it and what you think!
Hey guys! I wanted to show you how I get soft curls WITHOUT using a blow dryer. The trick is using a combo of a flat iron and large barrel curling wand. I’m obsessed with this one from Leyla Milani, called the Triple Threat because it comes with three interchangeable ceramic rods. I used the biggest one for this look! I love it because it gives my hair major body and pretty, bouncy curls. Let me know what you think!
Today marks the launch of Christian Louboutin’s very first foray into perfumes—three to be exact–and we were lucky enough to get them in our office to try them first! Spoiler: They’re incredible.
Time and money were no object to Louboutin, who had these scents brewing for three years until now. He went to four best perfume houses in the world and what they came up with is seriously incredible! It was so hard to pick favorites!
The first one, Bikini Questa Sera (“Bikini Tonight” in Italian) is supposed to evoke an intimate, beachy feeling. The notes of jasmine, tuberose, and sandalwood. The second, Tornade Blonde aka “Blonde Tornado” is about a women who leaves a trail of golden light behind her. Picture you’re at a bar and see a gorgeous women who disappears in moments, leaving you wondering, “who was she?” (as the Louboutin team explained). It has a mix of violet, roses, and cassis. Finally, Trouble in Heaven is about a woman who is at ease with being sexy – provokes and doesn’t mind being provocative. The scent is the strongest of the three, with notes of bergamot, amber, patchouli, and iris.
The bottle itself is a work of art – the clam shell is supposed to emulate a Caesar or Oscar award (and honestly, we want to display it on our shelves like one!). Louboutin actually enlisted an architect, Thomas Heatherwick (who also recently designed the new London double decker buses) to come up with a classic, strong design that really gives these scents a commanding identity. There’s a mix of complexity and simplicity in the design that we’d only expect from Louboutin.
The perfumes are decadent, sexy, and quite honestly, to die for. They are all launched today at 1320 dhs in the UAE and $275 each in the US. Which perfume describes you? Anyone out to buy one for themselves? Like all Louboutin beauty products, we think this is something you’ll use AND collect to display like works of art. The scents are so distinct, they’re perfect for layering as well. We’re seriously obsessed! Check them out at Louboutin stores, on Louboutin’s site, or online retailers like selfridges.com!

Hey my lovesss! So I know this sounds crazy, but I’ve been using a caliper for years to do my eyebrows to make sure they’re perfectly symmetrical! Calipers, if you don’t know, is a tool usually used by engineers or doctors to be exact when they measure distance – usually something engineers and doctors will use but, hey makeup is a science too, right? :). It definitely works though if you’re a stickler for details…check out my quick tutorial on it below! You can see more of my quick beauty hacks on IG @hudabeauty.
Thank you so much to Marlen Komar of Bustle, Emily Orofino of Popsugar, and Mi-Anne Chan of Refinery29 for showing me some love on my recent fun challenge using only school supplies to do a full face (it was just for fun!). You guys are the best! Check out the links to both posts below!
I’m not going to lie guys, I was sooo nervous to meet Charlotte Tilbury for the first time when she came by the office recently! Tilbury has worked with some of the most famous faces like Kate Moss and Rihanna, and I’ve always been such a fan of her work! I got a chance to take a look at her new Hot Lips collection, and the colors are absolutely breathtaking. Housed in the line’s signature rose gold, lipsticks are named after and inspired by some of Tilbury’s own celebrity friends.
I love the unique shape of the bullets that has a slanted square tip to make it easy to apply right on the lips. Some of the office favorites are the taupey pink of Super Cindy (named after Cindy Crawford), a bold fuchsia (Electric Poppy, after Poppy Delevingne), the deep mulberry of Hel’s Bells after Helena Bonham-Carter, and a siren red (Carina’s Love, after Chinese actress Carina Lau). They run from sheer to more opaque variations and have a cream finish that helps keep lips soft. I’m having so much fun trying on the different shades. There is seriously something for everyone. Here are some swatches from the collection above – let me know what you think!
