Ever heard of the name Val Garland? In case you haven’t, it’s time to get familiar!  f you are a makeup or fashion lover of any sort, chances are, you already know her work. She is ubiquitously featured in Vogue Italia, UK, Japan, and Paris as one of the premier makeup artist for their most elite editorials and cover shoots. Want more? She has created some of the most provocative makeups for recent runway shows and ad campaigns for Giambattista Valli, Moschino, and MAC. Oh, did I mention she is the power-house behind the creative designs for YSL makeup? Not too shabby for the Brittish Makeup Artist, who was originally a hair dresser. She landed her first gig doing makeup on a photo shoot one day, when the makeup artist was a no-show! Boy are we happy that person slept in!
