As much as we all try to fight the signs of premature aging, sometimes nature seems to be 10 steps a head! A great way to battle beauty blunders, including premature aging, is with vitamin-packed foods that help skin elasticity and repair. Now I looooove Avocado’s, especially with my salads and sandwiches, but knowing it actually helps maintain healthy and gorgeous is another great perk! Avocado is rich in Vitamin E and Potassium which keep your skin from aging by aiding in repair and also retaining fluids within your skin. Try adding Avocado to your next salad and trust me, eating right is on my top three things of staying gorgeous (along with wearing SPF and being happy)!! So go out there gorgeous and knock ’em dead!
