Price: Under $25
Motto: Superfood skincare for the ultimate glow-up

What they do: If you haven’t heard of Sweet Chef, you may be familiar with their sister-brand, Glow Recipe, which is a cult fave among skincare fanatics (us included). The vegan, non-cruelty K-Beauty brand was inspired by all things natural, healthy, and most importantly, bursting with vitamins and nutrients that’ll support, nourish, and protect your skin. The superfood collection was also designed to be mixed, matched, and layered. For instance, their trio of serums was inspired by the popular K-Beauty trend of layering serums to target a myriad of skin concerns – it’s the ultimate glow getting ritual. Our fave combo is two drops of the Ginger + Vitamin C Serum Shot, $20, and one drop of the Kale + Vitamin B Serum Shot, $20, for an ultra-hydrating, glow-enhancing wake-up call.

What they do: Founded by Keli Smith, KAIKE (pronounced cake) is a plant-based skincare brand that creates minimal and multi-purpose skincare products to target a variety of skincare issues specific to melanin-rich skin. Kaike keep their formulas simple, from the all-natural Melt Oil Cleanser, $25, made with grapeseed oil, apricot kernel oil, and hemp seed oil to the Green Tea Clay Mask + Scrub, $20, but boy do they pack a punch. Most importantly, regardless of what skincare concern you’re aiming to address, they believe in celebrating your skin at every stage.

Their products are made with scientifically-backed ingredients in fuss-free packaging to avoid unnecessarily high prices. Regardless of your skin concern, they have a product that will offer a solution, from their Just Breathe Clarifying Serum, $20, which will nix pores and lower oil production, to their daily staple, the Guards Up Daily Mineral Sunscreen Broad-Spectrum SPF 35, $22.

Whether you’re looking to detox congested pores or brighten and restore your glow game, they have an easy-to-use product solution. Personally, we’re obsessed with their skin-refining and brightening Retinol Anti-Aging Serum, $10, nor could we live without our weekly Kaolin Clay Mask, $7, to reset our skin and detox our pores.
