These terms are issued by Huda Beauty DMCC, 2101, JBC3, JLT Cluster Y, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Huda Beauty,” “we,” “us”). Trade licence DMCC-095514.

The Event is a complimentary, invitation-only in-person makeup masterclass for selected Golden Goddess loyalty tier members. It takes place on 17 September 2026 in Dubai from 6:30pm GST (the “Event”). The venue and end time will be shared with confirmed attendees by email.

Attendance is by Huda Beauty’s invitation only. To attend you must:

• have received a personal invitation from Huda Beauty by email;
• be aged 18 or over on the date of the Event;
• be a resident of the Emirate of Dubai, verified by valid Emirates ID;
• hold active Golden Goddess tier status in the Huda Beauty loyalty programme on the date of the Event; and
• not be an employee of Huda Beauty or of any company in its group, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

If you wish to attend, reply to the invitation email confirming: (a) that you accept these terms, (b) that you are a Dubai resident and will present your Emirates ID at the door, and (c) whether you consent to being photographed and filmed at the Event (see clause 9). Your reply should be sent to community@hudabeauty.com. Places are limited and confirmed on a first-response basis.

No purchase, payment or minimum spend is required. Your place is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold or exchanged. You may not bring a guest unless we confirm otherwise in writing. There is no cash, product, voucher, loyalty-point or other alternative to attendance.

You must bring your valid Emirates ID matching the name on your invitation. At the venue, security staff and a member of our team will check your Emirates ID against the guest list. We will verify your name, photograph and Dubai residency. We will not photograph, photocopy or retain your Emirates ID. Anyone who cannot present a matching Emirates ID will not be admitted.

We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, any person who behaves unsafely, abusively or disruptively, who does not comply with the venue’s rules or our staff’s instructions, or who in our reasonable opinion poses a risk to other attendees.

Attendees will receive the beauty products used during the masterclass and two (2) Huda Beauty branded merchandise items, provided free of charge (the “Takeaway Items”). The Takeaway Items are for personal use only and are not for resale. No exchanges, returns, refunds or alternatives are available. Please review the ingredient list on each product before use. If you have a known allergy, skin sensitivity or other concern, tell a member of our team before the masterclass begins and do not use any product you are unsure about. Huda Beauty does not warrant that any product will be suitable for your skin type.

1. The Event will be photographed and filmed by Huda Beauty for use on its social media channels (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), on hudabeauty.com, and in its marketing and internal materials worldwide.
2. Pre-event consent. When you reply to the invitation email, you will be asked to confirm whether you consent to being photographed and filmed. You may consent or decline.
3. Reconfirmation at the door. Your consent will be reconfirmed at check-in. If you change your mind, tell a member of our team and we will provide you with a visible marker so that our crew can avoid capturing you.
4. Declining photography consent does not affect your attendance or your Takeaway Items.
5. Content in which you appear may be published globally, which means your image will be transferred outside the UAE. You consent to that transfer when you give your photography consent.
6. Withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing community@hudabeauty.com. We will remove content featuring you from channels we control within a reasonable period. We cannot recall content that has already been shared or reposted by others.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under UAE law, including your right to claim compensation for personal injury or damage to property caused by us, or any obligation we owe you under the UAE Consumer Protection Law. Those rights are unaffected by these terms.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for: (a) loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control; (b) the acts of the venue, other attendees or third parties; (c) the loss or theft of personal belongings you bring to the Event; or (d) any adverse reaction to a product where you have used it without reviewing the ingredient list or after being advised not to by our team.

We may change the date, time, venue, format, hosts or content of the Event, or cancel it, where we reasonably need to. If we do, we will notify confirmed attendees by email as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with the Event, and we recommend you do not incur non-refundable costs before receiving venue confirmation.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of conflict, the English text prevails.
