How to get the look: Okay, so as we mentioned, the main component of this trend is blush. Look for a cool-toned blush to get that icy, cold energy. For this look, stay away from cream or dewy formulas as you want to keep it matte – no one’s sweaty in the cold, after all. Our top pick? As for the placement of the blush, start by taking a large fluffy blush and applying powder to the apples of your cheeks, then blend outwards and upwards. Super importantly, don’t forget to apply blush to your nose for that “I’m cold” vibe. We also like to work our blush into the crease of our lids using a small fluffy brush. Another key placement is the Cupid’s bow, so sweep it along your Cupid’s bow and upper lip to give that brrrrr kinda feeling. As for the rest of the look, finish by applying a white ice-cold shimmer shadow to the inner corner of your lids and a touch on the tip of the nose for that glistening effect.
