Honestly, Balmain, Chanel, and Versace weren’t the only ones; Puma, Molly Goddard, Alessandra Rich, Rochas, Stella Jean, and David Koma (to name a few) experimented with a vampy lip look as well. However, as you’d expect, they all finessed the look with their own shade choice and application technique. We saw blurred plum lips, glossy purple pouts, and even matte blackberry lip lewks, so take note and don’t be afraid to experiment.
