as excited as i was for the launch and being able to get my hands on this product which i purchased at Sephora in Ottawa, Canada. I was soooo disappointed, it was purchased October 31st, and from the moment i purchased it it was dry and barely drawing i went to the store 3 times on different occasions and in different location due to it being sold out the only option was a refund which i did not want as i wanted it replaced, because i loved the color and was excited to use it. They convinced me that i was storing it wrong and should store it downwards according to the arrow, which is what i am doing, but to my extreme disappointment it is still dry and not writing and i am beyond heartbroken there goes my $56 dollars down the drain. Because as you know it is passed the return date and Sephora will not refund me or exchange it.
