I know I am a health freak–but let’s be clear–I LOOOOVE eating!! Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, in fact it can be really yummy! I don’t believe in crazy strict diets, I mean how long can you eat food that taste like cardboard and expect to keep amazing results before you binge! This is why I love searching for easy ways to help me stay slim. I was so happy to find this AMAZING drink which helps fight belly fat and suppresses the appetite and had to share it with you all :)!!

This magical drink is… Green Tea! It is considered to be one of the best natural fat burner. How? It increases the rate of fatty acid metabolism and decreases the rate of carbohydrate metabolism during aerobic exercise.  If you have a spare tire, fill up on green tea before your next workout to burn more fat and exercise longer since it delays the onset of fatigue. A study published in the “Journal of Nutrition” found that people who drank green tea before a workout, lost more weight with exercise and over 12 weeks, those drinking green tea lost 2.4 more pounds and lost more of it from the abdominal area. Pretty AWESOME!! Just drink about 1-2 cups one hour before you work out!

Also it is great for curbing a massive appetite, just have it before your meal.  An added bonus it increases your metabolism! Remember, anytime caffeine is involved don’t go overboard! Keep it healthy, and always consult a doctor!
