The amount of antioxidants in Green Tea are incredible! If you really want to stay young and fresh looking, one of the best ways to do that is to load up on antioxidants!   Antioxidants do exactly as their name presumes, they keep cells (like collagen) from oxidizing. In other words, it keeps them fresh and plump! Next time you are out having lunch with some girlfriends, enjoy a cup of Green Tea and drink yourself gorgeous!

My favorite Green Tea, is Newby Green Tea! I love it and it doesn’t need any sugar, which can be quite harmful.
