COVID-19 UPDATE

As a company we are treating the current COVID- 19 situation with the utmost importance with our priority being to protect the well-being and safety of our customers and employees.

Therefore, our warehouse team and delivery partners are taking all necessary precautions and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout our supply chain. We are doing our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible however your order may face subsequent delays.

Current processing times for US orders remain around 1-2 business days, however all international orders may face processing delays of an additional 4-6 business days. These dates should provide a guideline but may also vary as the situation and requirements change.

Once your order has been processed and ready for pick up by our courier your tracking details will be sent to you so you can track your orders progress from there. We appreciate your understanding at this time and will update you if there any further changes

Returns Policy - COVID-19 update

If your items are eligible for return (please check the returns policy below) the standard returns policy has been extended to 60 days.

RETURNS

Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return your items within 30 days of receipt, free of charge. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product excluding any shipping costs. Please see exclusions and restrictions below:  

  • Full collections, Vaults & Single Use Masks (Thirst Trap & Chin Lift) are not refundable, no refund will be processed for these items if they are returned
  • Items purchased during promotions or activations. Please check the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order as the returns policy may vary during promtional periods
  • Fragrance can only be returned for orders placed within US Mainland due to HAZMAT shipping restrictions. The cost of return shipping for fragrance is chargeable.
  • We do not accept returns of Huda Beauty products purchased from other retailers, please contact your retailer directly 
  • Sets & Collections:  If you choose one of our 'Customisable Sets' you can return the items, however all the items must be returned to be entitled to a full refund.  If you wish to return one of the items, the full discount gained by purchasing the set will be deducted from your refund of this item.  If you purchase a Pre Packaged gift set all items including any pouch or accessories would also have to be returned to be entitled to a full refund. Partial refunds/ returns are not permitted.

Standard Returns Process

If your order does not fall within the exception mentioned above and is placed within mainland US, please use the pre-paid return shipping label received inside your order to return your item(s). The return pack slip MUST be completed and included in your return package, otherwise a refund will not be processed. For all returns outside Mainland US please contact shop@hudabeauty.com for your return label.

Please quote your order number and the item that you would like to return and we will inform you of the next steps upon receipt of your email.

Returns Policy -  Self Love Sale

The standard returns policy applies with the exception of items purchased from the 'Goodby, Good Buy' secton of the site, these items cannot be returned. No refund will be processed if 'Goodbye Good Buy' items are returned.

There are no returns for items purchased as part of this promotion, all sales are final.

BLACK FRIDAY

Returns Policy Black Friday Promotion

All Black Friday Sales are Final – there will be a strict no returns policy for any items purchased as part of the Black Friday promotion. This includes all discounted products purchased from Wed 27th Nov – Sat 30th Nov 9AM GST. Start and end time subject to change.

 

ORDERING

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact shop@hudabeauty.com.

Order not received

We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience. As standard, your order should be received within 4 - 8 days of placing your order, however standard shipping may now face delays due to the current COVID-19 situation.  

When your order is processed you will receive your tracking details which will allow you to follow your order’s delivery status. If you are ordering for delivery within the US, please select your preferred delivery method at checkout. Please note orders including fragrance or other HAZMAT products will take an additional 2-3 days shipping. You may experience a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and promotions. 

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.

 

SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping Thresholds

Free shipping will be applied on orders over 25USD or 30USD* / 25GBP / 40AUD / 30CAD / 35EUR. This will be applied on the currency displayed on your order, not based on conversion. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment. This may vary during promotions and sale periods. *USD threshold may vary based on shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions

Please allow up to 21 business days for shipping to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US). If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.

Shipping Fragrance – HAZMAT items

Unfortunately, due to IATA guidelines there are restrictions associated with shipping fragrance and other HAZMAT items. Kayali fragrance and Resting Boss Face Setting Spray will only be available to purchase in selected countries. Due to the additional requirements, please allow an additional 2-3 days shipping for orders including fragrance and Resting Boss Face. Please note for orders placed out-with the US there will be no returns for Kayali fragrance. All fragrance sales are final.

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to shop@hudabeauty.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund.

Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this may not constitute as damage.

Items not received

If you have not received your full order, please contact us at shop@hudabeauty.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number. Please note cases should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this timeframe cases may no longer be eligible for review.

Policy Misuse

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges

 

TAX & DUTY

Tax & duty charges

All orders (excluding US orders) are shipped from Dubai, UAE.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties. As of April 22nd 2020 any orders to the US, UK, Germany, France, Poland & Holland will have any applicable tax & duties applied at checkout and there will be no additional payments upon delivery. For delivery in any other regions we highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. Tax & duties may be calculated against the order value prior to any discount or sale prices being applied. If there are additional charges to be made, DHL will contact you for payment before or upon delivery.  

If you refuse to pay tax & duties applied to your order, DHL will attempt to return your order to Huda Beauty. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty in which case a refund is not guaranteed (see exceptions for India below).

Tax & Duties on 'Free Items'

For orders to the UK, US, Germany, France, Poland and Holland any additional sales tax or duties will be applied at checkout, for all other countries sales tax or duties may be collected by DHL on arrival as per the terms and conditions when placing your order. Your local customs office may also apply sales tax & duties against the full retail value of a complementary item if you have purchased during a buy one get one free promotion.  They will review the value of the product at retail price and not view this as a 'free' item. 

Tax & Duty India regulations

If you refuse to pay the tax & duties applied to your order you will be required to submit documentation to customs to release this shipment for return. Since the goods cannot be returned to us without prior payment of duties, the tax & duty along with return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you do not submit the required documentation to release the items Indian customs will dispose of the items and no refund will be issued.
