Why We <3 It: This makeup look takes the expected cat eye and gives it a more sultry, flirty vibe while still being minimalist.

How to Pull it Off: “Use your desired color eyeliner pencil to draw on the elongate cat-eye shape both on the inner and outer eye,” says makeup artist Nicole Faulker – who you probably know better as Lipsticknick – director of the global artistry for Morphe. “Next, buff it out using a small detail brush. You can also dip an angled eyeliner brush into a similar color eyeshadow and pack the eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner, keeping the same elongated shape.” She says she likes to keep the bottom lash line bare, but to lean into your fave volumizing mascara on the top lashes. If you’re feeling wild, throw on some individual lashes and press a shimmer shadow onto your lid to catch light.

Product Picks: Morphe Eye Pencil in “Teal With It”, $4; Huda Beauty Legit Lashes, $27.

Why We <3 It: This pretty, universally flattering lip look complements any eye makeup you choose to wear this holiday season.

How to Pull it Off: “Using a warm lip liner that matches your lip color, custom line your lips to your desired shap and and fill in slightly,” advises Lipsticknick. “Use a matching lipstick to fill in the rest of the lip, and top with a neutral warm gloss right in the center for an extra juicy effect.

Why We <3 It: Subtle touches of gold are a refreshing departure from the standard, full-coverage eye shadow look we’re so used to, explains Jenny Patinkin, celebrity makeup artist and founder of her own eponymous line.

How to Pull it Off: She says, “Very slightly, sweep a metallic gold shadow onto the top edge of the brow and comb through. Sweep a flesh-toned matte shadow into the socket line and then add a slightly deeper matte tone more directly into the crease, blending together.” If you want to go the extra mile, trace over the crease area with a glitter liner, keeping the line clean and smooth, and then dab a clear gloss onto the center of the lid. You can also add a flick of liner. Also check out our new Cult Beauty exclusive Huda Beauty Gold Obsessions Palette, which has six dazzling shimmer shades in molten gold for ultra-glam lids.

Why We <3 It: Those seeking a bit of extra holiday flair will love this showstopper of an eye look. Plus, it’s really easy to pull off!

How to Pull it Off: Start by priming your lids per normal. “Next, take a thin layer of glitter glue on a concealer brush and your cover lid completely, extending the shape out into a ‘wing’ and filling the area in with glue,” says Lipsticknick. “Take a flat brush, dip into your favorite pressed glitter, and pack it all over the lid/wing. You can use a Cotton swab to clean up the perimeter of the shape, and BOOM you have a glitzy winged shadow look that will have heads turning all night!”

Product Picks: NYX Glitter Primer, $6.50; Huda Beauty The New Nude Eyeshadow Palette, $65
