New beauty products hit the shelves practically every second, but which ones are worth your dollar bills? We’ve rounded up six new launches that have passed our very picky beauty editor senses and we’re stoked to share them with you. Let us know if you’ve tried any of them, or which ones you’re eager to get your hands on!

Almay All-Day Intense Gel Eyeliner, $6.99

new beauty products

Holler if you’ve ever hurt yourself with a pencil eyeliner. ::raises hand:: It’s 2021, and there’s no time for subpar eyeliners that are so dry they feel like you’re getting stabbed. Almay’s new All-Day Intense Gel Eyeliner applies like a dream, packs major color, blends well, and comes in six different hues. Oh, and like some of the brand’s other products, the liner is formulated specifically for sensitive skin types and sensitive eyes.

Brown Girl Jane Glow Luminous Facial Serum, $68

new beauty products

Brown Girl Jane was founded in 2020 by three Black women determined to steer the ship in a different direction. Their six-piece collection features CBD-infused, wellness-focused products that help with everything from lackluster skin to anxiety to intimacy. The Glow Luminous Facial Serum is our beauty pick. It’s formulated with 750mg of CBD and antioxidant-rich cannabis Sativa oil and is versatile AF. You can apply it to clean skin, mix it with your favorite serum or cream, and apply it to your face or body. You can even eat it (yep, it’s food grade).

Morphe Filter Effect Soft-Focus Foundation, $20

new beauty products

Get amped. Morphe just dropped a long-wear foundation that’s equal parts skincare and makeup. The oil-free formulation – which comes in 40 shades btw – is loaded with plumping hyaluronic acid and antioxidant-rich vitamin E. It’s a medium-coverage foundation with a blurring effect that goes on pretty lightly, allowing you to play with a natural look or build for more coverage where you need it.

Laneige Radian-C Cream with Vitamin C, $35

new beauty products

One could argue there are enough – ahem, maybe too many – vitamin C products on the market already. But before you go all “thank u, next” on us, know that this new one from K-Beauty brand Laneige is so, so good. It’s a rich and creamy formula that delivers an outrageous glow without feeling too heavy on your skin. If you’re familiar with Tatcha’s Dewy Skin Cream, it’s like that in terms of glow factor, but not as heavy. The fact that you’re getting a mega-dose of antioxidant-rich vitamin C is the cherry (or orange?) on top.

Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara, $7.99

new beauty products

We know what you’re thinking. Hasn’t this product been around for, like, ever? Kind of. The OG Lash Blast has been a true hero in the world of drugstore mascaras, and Covergirl recently reformulated it into a cleaner and greener version. Somehow, it’s way better than its predecessor and we are here for the eco-conscious upgrade.

Papaya and Pomegranate Enzyme Exfoliating Body Cleanser, $35

new beauty products

Speaking of glowing skin, you’ve got to exfoliate regularly if you want to give the moon a run for its money. Tending to your face is important, but so is tending to your skin from the neck down. Marching right in line with the growing body skincare movement, Boscia has debuted a new body collection. One of our faves is the Papaya and Pomegranate Enzyme Exfoliating Cleanser, a multi-acid cleanser that zaps acne and discoloration, hits you with a dose of hydration, and smells amazing.

Which of these are you looking forward to trying most? Let’s chat!
