Hi my loves, I get SO many questions from you guys asking about my home decor buys and other random things I post on my Snapchat. Honestly, I can spend hours on Amazon or Net-a-Porter hunting for cool new home, wellness and lifestyle products. So here are some things you guys have been asking me about on Snapchat and some other things I’m just really obsessed with RN!

1. Pols Potten Pascal Smelik Drip Gold-Toned XXL Metal Candle Holder, $225

Candle sticks

Honestly, my interior design obsession has reached another level! One of my fave things to do to set the mood and create a vibe is to light candles. I have candles in literally every room, and these are my fave new candlestick holders. They’re SO dope and literally make any table set-up look so chic. I know they’re expensive, but unlike crystal and glass candle holders, because they’re metal, they’ll never break.

2. Supergoop PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50 with Sunflower Extract, $22

I LOVE the Supergoop PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50 with Sunflower Extract, $22, which I never thought I’d say, but sunscreen formulas have come such a long way, and they really are so essential for keeping your skin healthy. This formula wears nicely underneath makeup, which is a must for me. Plus, it’s hydrating, fast-absorbing, and most importantly, protects your skin from UVA, UVB, and infrared rays while helping prevent photoaging. It also smells amazing! TBH, I love sooo many formulas from this brand but the Supergoop PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50 with Sunflower Extract, $22, is my fave.

3. Mary Ruth’s Organic Liquid ProBiotic, $24

Gut health is super important to me, which is why I take probiotics to support my gut and strengthen my immune system literally every day. So I’m obsessed with these Mary Ruth’s liquid drops – they’re formulated with 12 probiotic strains to strengthen your gut health and boost your immune response. They’re also completely plant-based, raw, and vegan friendly, AND they don’t need to be refrigerated, so you can carry them on the go!

4. I’m So F’ing Tired by Amy Shah, $17

So I’m reading this amazing book right now!I feel like so many of us are dealing with burnout RN. We’ve all been working long hours with no work-life balance AND without proper rest or vacation for over a year. This book has been a real game-changer for me; it discusses preventing and managing burnout, and it’s filled with SO MANY helpful hacks. Since I started trying some of Amy’s tips, I’ve felt so much more energized – some are as simple as introducing a nut-mix to your diet. It seems small but trust me, it really works. I’ve been making a mix of Almonds, pecans, walnuts, raisins and pumpkin seeds, which are amazing sources of energy, and this has really been helping my energy levels!

5. Therabody Theragun Elite Deep Muscle Treatment, $445

Sitting on Zoom calls 24/7 makes my neck SO stiff, and this Theregun has worked MIRACLES. I use it whenever possible, and it immediately gets rid of knots and eases tension. It’s the brainchild of Dr. Jason Wersland, which he developed after he was in a motorbike accident. Now it’s used by pro-sports teams, physical therapists, and trainers… and me.

6. Patrick Ta Major Beauty Headlines – Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush, $34

patrick ta blush

I’m literally in love with this Patrick Ta blush. The creamy formula blends flawlessly into the skin and has a stunning dewy finish. It’s super pigmented and long-wearing, which is crucial as I don’t have time to touch up during the day. I use the shade Do We Know Her, but there are three others to choose from.

7. Made Good Rice Crispy Treats, $20

I can’t lie to you guys, I LOVE to snack, and these Made Good Rice Crispy Treats are SO delicious. Rice crispy treats have a bad rep for being unhealthy, but these are organic, vegan, and nut-free (so that makes me feel a bit better!). They have tons of flavors, from vanilla to caramel, and they’re also lunch box friendly – My daughter, Nour, is just as obsessed as I am!

8. The Calm App

8-Calm-AppSource: Calm

If there’s one thing I would recommend to everyone, it’s the Calm App. Whether you need help falling asleep, switching off after a long day, or calming your mind (hello 2020?!), it’s just AMAZING. Meditation instructor Jeff Waren’s Introduction to Meditation series (it’s 30 days of 10-minute mediation sessions) has been a total life-changer for me. I literally love the app so much that we just bought it for our entire Huda Beauty fam, from our HQ staff to our amazing BAs in Sephora.

9. Ilia Balmy Tint Hydrating Lip Balm, $28

ilia

I have lip balms stashed everywhere! Recently, I’ve been using this Ilia Lip Balm as it adds a hint of color without looking overdone. It also feels SO nourishing as it’s enriched with sea succulent, rosehip seed oil, and shea butter. There are eight shades in total – I use the shade Lady, which has a sheer berry tint and looks super pretty and natural on me.

10. Medik8 Bakuchiol Peptides, $55

medik8

Any derm will tell you that retinol is a skincare savior. This oil-based peptide serum features 1.25% bakuchiol, a natural alternative that possesses similar amazing skincare benefits. From evening-out skin texture and uneven skin tone to plumping your skin and softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, this formula does it all. I literally use it day and night. I recently broke out on my forehead and used this alongside our WISHFUL Get Even Rose Oil, $63, which helped to clear it up so quickly!
