    Great product poor customer service.

    I ordered a product from Huda Beauty over a month ago and am still waiting to receive it.

    While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, the way this situation has been handled by customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve received conflicting messages — being told a replacement has been processed, only to then be asked for further information shortly after. The lack of consistency and follow-through has made what should have been a simple resolution unnecessarily stressful.

    At this point, I just want to receive the product I originally ordered. Unfortunately, due to the rigmarole and poor customer service experience, I can’t say I would be a returning customer.

    Very frustrating experience overall.

    The insta blur product in of itself is very good and I would recommend but I would purchase it via a different platform.

    You dont need a lot

    You dont need a lot for this, I applied it to my t zone and it held my makeup on so well with very little need for touching up and Im usually combination oily skin so was very surprised how well this performs
