I can’t express enough how damaged and dry my hair really is. Ok, it might not be as damaged as it was before (I had a VERY bad Keratin treatment), but boooooy is it dry! I’m always trying to keep it healthy, but when I shampoo it sometimes, I feel the moisture being sucked right out! I started mixing a small amount of natural oils to my shampoo and noticed it really helps my hair, tremendously! This recipe here actually also helps keep your hair healthy and shiny!

SUPER GORGEOUS HEALTHY HAIR

Ingredients

1 Teaspoon Sweet Almond Oil (You can substitute Olive Oil if you like)
1 Teaspoon Coconut Milk

Mix the ingredients together and mix with a tablespoon (or two) of your shampoo. This mixture will help keep hair hydrated, so make sure you either skip the conditioner if your hair is super oily, or keep the conditioner just to your ends and avoid your scalp completely!
