Today I was COMPLETELY snowed in!! There was a blizzard in the Boston area and we literally couldn’t leave today! It was so beautiful, but I was starving and I wanted something healthy! Thank God my sister just posted some awesome recipe’s for healthy abs! I didn’t get a chance to try all of them, but I tried the first one since I had hummus in the house. It was really delicious and I felt great knowing it was so healthy! For all of her recipes, check out her fit blog!
Alya’s Sexy Ab Sandwich:
Spread 2 Tbsp hummus on each half of a toasted whole wheat English muffin (I used brown toast and it was soooo good!). Top each half with 5 thinly sliced olives and a slice of tomato. I ate this with a large glass of water on the side and I had a bowl of fruit! Seriously, it was really good!!
