DAILY DOSE | BEAUTY RECIPE

Looking for something that is quick to make and filling? How about one that makes you beautiful too?! Well, you may not need to look any further! Try this recipe for an antioxidant smoothie. Remember, antioxidants slow down the aging process and are super important to help keep our skin looking fresh and beautiful!

Delicious Beautifying Smoothie:

1 cup blueberries (preferably frozen)
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana
few ice cubs (as desired)
1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional, great for Omega 3, for super shiny hair)
1 tablespoon acai powder (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a blender and voila! Beautifying and delicious!! Bon appetit!
