I am totally obsessed with my sister’s blog!! If you haven’t checked it out, you MUST! It’s funny, quirky and super informative! 🙂 I just saw this post she did about the Baby Food Diet! Ok, I had heard of it before, and I know it was a huge celebrity fad, but I didn’t really understand why until I read her article! Here’s what she had to say about the diet:

“Hey alya, what was that baby food diet? Is it eating literally baby food? Is it bad? plz post more about it. Thanks”

Thanks for the questions and your interest in my blog!

The baby food diet was created by a dietitian for some of her celebrity clients.  You can either solely eat baby food for the entire day or eat one adult meal and baby food for the remainder.  The Baby Food diet is a healthy option.  Baby food is free of added fats, fillers and other additives and the portions are small so there is less of a chance that you will overeat. According to the press, Jennifer Aniston ate about 15 jars daily for one week and lost 7 pounds on this diet.  However you decide to measure your meals, make sure that you are consuming no less than 1200 calories daily regardless of whether your food comes in a jar or on a platter.”
