DAILY DOSE | HEALTHY NAILS

I have always found it fascinating how some women find time through their busy schedules to make sure their mani is in place! The other day I met a fabulous women from NYC who was a successful entrepreneur, mother of three, socialite, and somehow she managed to look fabulous from head to toe, perfect mani included! While I might not always have time to hit the spa, I try to make sure at the very least, my nails look healthy and strong! A great tip that I have started recently doing is rubbing a little Almond Oil on my nails before I sleep. I have noticed my nails look healthier and are stronger. If you feel your nails are brittle, try doing this every night for two weeks! Watch your nails grow stronger, longer and more beautiful!!
