DAILY DOSE | SKIN

Getting rid of body hair is such an annoyance, but it’s part of being a girl! I typically wax and I have never had issues with ingrown hairs until recently! My sisters were over the other day and pointed out that one of my legs had a few ingrowns—not becoming at all! One of the reasons why ingrowns form is due to bad exfoliation and poor moisturizing. As much as I preach beauty, being a new mom has left me little time for beauty! So after scrubbing away the ingrowns and using a little extraction, I tried using this little bump relieving mask and it left skin soft and help soothe the area! You can also use this after you wax sensitive areas to prevent irritation or bumps forming later on! It’s also great to help prevent scarring since it has honey, which is a natural antibiotic!
BUMP BE GONE MASK
1 1/2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon yogurt
5 tablets aspirin (uncoated and crushed)
Mix together honey and olive oil in a bowl until blended well (you might want to zuk it in the microwave for 5 seconds). The let cool. Mix in yogurt and aspirin and place over your ingrowns. Let sit for 15 minutes before rinsing.
