Cellulite is a HUGE issue for most women, and while I would love to say I’m one of the lucky few who don’t have it, I definitely have found a few dimples where I would like them NOT to be! Now just because you have a problem doesn’t mean you are stuck with it! In fact, I honestly have always felt that the reason I had so many beauty issues growing up was so that I can share the tips on getting rid of those annoying imperfections with the world (being the hairiest of my family, having stretch marks, sun spots, hair loss, acne, everything!).

In case it’s not obvious, I honestly do feel that’s my purpose in life as silly as it may sound, but I love helping people feel more beautiful and I have waaaay before I started this blog. So when I found those adorable dimples, I wasn’t surprised! I have found several great tips on getting rid of them, my favorite being using dry brushing, but a great tip for getting rid of cellulite starts from the inside! If you find you have any cellulite of if you really just want to cleanse a bit, try drinking this awesome cellulite drink–and I don’t mean it tastes awesome, it’s not bad it’s lemonade with a kick, but it works really great! Don’t be surprised if your skin starts to glow and if it clears up as well! Now for the real question: Was I able to get rid of my dimples, still working on it, but almost completely (with a little discipline)!

1 cup cold water
2-3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together very well in a glass, add organic maple syrup if desired. Drink no more than twice a day for a week at a time. If you’re pregnant or nursing, speak to your doctor before trying any cleansing techniques.
