Our mother’s may have been on to something when they loaded our dinner plates with aspargus and other yummy greens (note: slight sarcasm)! These healthy vegtables not only make us grow healthy, but they also make us beautiful.
The stalks of the asparagus are full of vitamin E, which is great for youthful skin. If you’ve ever been injured you probably know that putting vitamin E on the effected area will aid healing, that’s because Vitamin E is great for restoring damaged skin cells. It is also great for building muscle tissue and helps prevent wrinkling by keeping us firm. At my next dinner date, I will be getting a plate full!
