Sure we all love getting a massage, but is it that necessary?  I know after I leave the masseuse, I feel great, but can a massage actually help beautify me?

Yes! Massages are great for the obvious physical and psychological affects it has on your body, but getting regular massage also helps boost new skin cell production, exfoliate dead cells, and boost circulation (thereby aiding with cellulite prevention).  It also helps encourage detoxification by promoting waste removal, and if you haven’t tried it, detoxing is an incredibly beautifying technique. All that in a massage? Looks like I will be visiting the spa more often!
