DAILY DOSE | AT HOME SPA

I can’t stress enough how much I looooove spas! Of course creating my own at home spa seems to be the case of new mommies! I don’t get much time to relax, but when I do, I relax well! Lately I have been obsessed with creating my own at home bath soap! It’s very easy to do and super relaxing! Plus the oil, milk and honey in the mixture mean super soft and healthy skin!
SUPER RELAXING HONEY VANILLA BATH
1/2 Cup Almond Oil (Olive Oil can substitute)
1/2 Cup Honey (Royal Jelly works best)
1/2 Cup Milk
Vanilla Essential Oil (or whatever you prefer)
In a bowl, mix milk, almond oil and essential oil. Get bath ready and add in mixture. Then once bath is full, add honey! Enjoy!
