I absolutely LOOOOVE oatmeal for the unbelievable benefits it has both in health and beauty! I know I have said before how healthy it is to eat (amazing for your skin), but it is also one of my favorite go-tos for skin dilemmas! Now, my skin has been going through so much since giving birth! Some days it’s dry and others it is so oily! Boooo!!! So anytime I feel my face getting extra shiny, I simply use oatmeal to help kick the shine, it seriously works!!

OILY SKIN OATMEAL MASK

Ingredients

1/3 cup oats (you can use instant)
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons honey

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in microwave for 30 seconds until hot. Let cool. Once mixture has cooled, spread the mask on your face and let sit for 7-10 minutes before rinsing. Make sure you apply your favorite moisturizer once finished!
